This committee provides oversight of the administration and finances of Aspen, overseeing the day to day activities of Aspen. The Assistant Secretary will lead the founding group administrators and is responsible for coordination of monthly Board of Directors meetings; documentation of Board of Directors minutes; tracking membership; and assigning other founding group administrators to support the various committees of the board. The Administration and Finance Committee meets monthly with the founding group administrators and the CEO of Genesis IPA in attendance.
